WellCare of Georgia is excited to announce the upcoming use of a new outbound communication method for our provider community: e-mail!

Because you are a registered user of the secured Provider website, you will soon begin receiving e-mail communications with information regarding the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) measures and other important communications.

Since you may have previously provided your e-mail address to the Plan during the secured website registration or the credentialing process, it may automatically be included in this initiative. If you wish to opt out, please unsubscribe by following the instructions below.

If there are other providers in your practice who are not already registered users of the Provider website, we suggest encouraging them to register so they may receive future e-mail communications as well.

You may unsubscribe/opt out from the e-mail communications at any time by scrolling down to the bottom of any Plan e-mail and clicking the "One-Click Unsubscribe" link.

We will never e-mail you Protected Health Information (PHI) or HIPAA-related communications. If you do receive an e-mail containing sensitive information, please contact the iCare Compliance Hotline at 1-866-364-1350.

Please note that contractual and regulatory-based communications will continue to be delivered via other methods, including mailings and faxes.
