Dear Provider,
The claims submission application on our Web portal does not allow editing or voiding of claims once they are submitted. A web enhancement to allow changes to claims submissions online is in the process of development and is expected to be implemented by 12/31/06.
In the interim, you may submit corrected claims on paper with a stamp indicating, "corrected claim". You may also use the message center/contact us function of the provider web portal to submit your changes. If using the web portal to submit a correction, please complete this form in its totality, including the member information and claims information and highlight the information that requires a correction for appropriate reimbursement. Once the enhancement to our system is updated, we will inform all providers by fax and through the banner messages area of the provider web portal.
